We are looking for a determined and hardworking individual to provide efficient and administrative support and assistance to a client team of an Award-Winning PR firm! We are looking for someone who creates an immediate, positive and credible impression on others! The PR firm has an international reputation with offices in London, Dubai and Singapore.

Key Areas of Responsibility
– responsible for diary management of the client team
– Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and itineraries as well as meeting and event planning on behalf of the client team
– Organise and participate in admin team meetings/events
– Provides support in the absence of PA’s and Facilities team
