Well-established Investment firm with beautiful offices, based in the heart of Mayfair, is looking to recruit a polished and professional Receptionist to work closely with the Office & HR Manager. Role provides Front of House Reception support as well as office admin/facilities assistance

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, set-up & management of meeting rooms, refreshments etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the central diary
  • Handling all incoming calls, switchboard assistance
  • Booking couriers, taxis
  • Responsible for restaurant bookings
  • Handling invoices, office supplies and the post
  • Fire Marshall & First Aider
  • Responding to staff requests for help with technical equipment (printers, faxes, copier) and primary contact for repairmen
  • Handling office supplies, stationery, business cards etc.
  • Provide administrative support to Investment staff (cover to PA/Team Assistants)
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and conference bookings
  • Database upkeep, filing, managing subscriptions
  • General ad hoc admin duties and running errands as requested

Requirements:

  • Previous Reception experience, ideally gained within a boutique-style firm – Investment sector experience advantageous, not essential
  • Problem-solver with ‘can do’ attitude
  • True team player
  • Calm and quietly confident
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate presentation, ambassador for company with frequent client/visitor liaison
