An excellent opportunity to join a team of 3 receptionists who manage the reception and meeting rooms at a fabulous Private Equity Firm in Mayfair. As the first point of contact they are looking for positivity, a can do attitude and ability to provide assistance to the PA’s. This role is working as a team of three covering reception between 7:30am and 6:15pm

Shifts : 7.30am-4pm; 9.15am-17.45pm; 9.45am - 6.15pm


  • Managing all incoming calls, ensuring that messages are taken clearly and professionally and passed on in a timely fashion
  • Meeting and greeting visitors on arrival and informing colleagues/Partners once visitors are seated in meeting rooms
  • Meeting room management ( 6 including a Boardroom); managing requests and booking rooms, collating all requests, ordering IT and AV equipment, catering supplies and working alongside housekeeping to ensure rooms are kept tidy
  • Assist in binding and formatting presentations for meetings
  • Opening and distributing a high volume of mail
  • Ordering couriers for national and international deliveries
  • Booking taxis for colleagues and clients,
  • Processing invoices
  • General photocopying and office administration
  • General support to PA’s


  • Strong IT/Microsoft office skills
  • Smart, professional and flexible with a great “can do” attitude
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with fantastic time management skills
  • Strong team player
