Our client is looking to recruit an experienced self-starter to join their team as a Client Services Coordinator. The company offer an on-line application to the investment banking deal roadshow teams. Based in the city, this role requires fantastic communication skills, an aptitude for adapting to new applications and technology and the ability to manage a heavy workload.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients and coordinate all event requirements
  • Manage details and organisation of all client presentations
  • Conduct all quality control reviews on the deals and presentations
  • Report any project/presentation status to the client
  • Monitor all email distribution
  • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction through client follow up
  • Communicate with team and manager to ensure all staff are briefed on project developments
  • Suggest and implement any process improvements
  • Supporting all Account Executives on pre and post-sale requests
  • Any other addition ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Previous experience in online applications
  • Fantastic client facing and service orientation skills
  • Fantastic organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and clients
  • Flexible and adaptable working approach
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy and varied workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and efficient working ethic – seeking new ways to improve processes
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced work environment
  • Confident in training new staff members
