City based Advisory firm is looking for a bright, well-presented and well-spoken Receptionist/Administrator to join a boutique Investment firm, based in the heart of the City. Excellent opportunity for a college leave or recent graduate perhaps who would like that ‘foot in the door’!

Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors to the office in a professional manner
  • First point of contact for all incoming business calls and handling all questions and enquiries
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms, including arranging all catering and refreshment suppliers
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing post
  • Conducting research for all travel options and making bookings
  • Assisting with all document creation, formatting and distribution
  • Printing and binding all client and marketing materials
  • General office administration including photocopying, printing, scanning and filing
  • Managing office stationery
  • Maintaining printers and franking machine
  • Setting up laptops and presentations for meetings
  • Any other ad hoc administration projects

Requirement

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly flexible and adaptable, able to commit to additional time and resources when required
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
