An exciting opportunity for an experienced Roadshow Coordinator to join a growing Client Management team of five in the City of London. This is a busy and varied role that requires the successful candidate to have previous corporate events/roadshow experience, excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage client relationships and stakeholder relationships
  • Creatively prepare and deliver the client program
  • Ensure client requests are agreed and project plans are in place
  • Managing client expectations and anticipate their needs
  • Evaluate solutions and alternatives with senior team when challenging situations arise
  • Assist team members in creatively preparing and delivering the client programme
  • On site responsibilities for events and roadshows, travelling with clients and providing logistical support
  • Managing client accounts on a day to day basis and develop excellent client relationships
  • Deliver project proposals and budget updates
  • Seek new business opportunities and produce fresh ideas
  • Develop internal relationships
  • Proactively network with industry contacts

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and another language, preferably French, Italian or Spanish
  • 2-3 years’ experience in corporate and financial communications in corporate events agencies
  • Educated to a bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise a heavy and varied workload
  • Practical experience of budgeting
  • Strong client relations and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels within the firm and client organisations
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work well in a busy and collaborative team environment
