An exciting opportunity for an experienced Roadshow Coordinator to join a growing Client Management team of five in the City of London. This is a busy and varied role that requires the successful candidate to have previous corporate events/roadshow experience, excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships and stakeholder relationships
- Creatively prepare and deliver the client program
- Ensure client requests are agreed and project plans are in place
- Managing client expectations and anticipate their needs
- Evaluate solutions and alternatives with senior team when challenging situations arise
- Assist team members in creatively preparing and delivering the client programme
- On site responsibilities for events and roadshows, travelling with clients and providing logistical support
- Managing client accounts on a day to day basis and develop excellent client relationships
- Deliver project proposals and budget updates
- Seek new business opportunities and produce fresh ideas
- Develop internal relationships
- Proactively network with industry contacts
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and another language, preferably French, Italian or Spanish
- 2-3 years’ experience in corporate and financial communications in corporate events agencies
- Educated to a bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and the ability to prioritise a heavy and varied workload
- Practical experience of budgeting
- Strong client relations and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels within the firm and client organisations
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work well in a busy and collaborative team environment
