Well established global asset management firm, based in the City of London is looking to recruit a polished, articulate and professional Front of House Receptionist to provide seamless support to a busy reception.
Responsibilities
- Gatekeeping including meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Responsible for maintaining a tidy and well stocked reception at all times
- Managing all meeting room bookings
- Screening all incoming calls and taking detailed messages when required
- Distributing post
- Allocating meeting rooms for internal and client meetings
- Booking couriers and taxis
- Filing, scanning and managing post
- Maintaining and ordering office stationery when required
- General ad hoc administration
Requirements
- Previous reception experience is required
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Friendly and approachable manner at all times
