Well established global asset management firm, based in the City of London is looking to recruit a polished, articulate and professional Front of House Receptionist to provide seamless support to a busy reception.

Responsibilities

  • Gatekeeping including meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Responsible for maintaining a tidy and well stocked reception at all times
  • Managing all meeting room bookings
  • Screening all incoming calls and taking detailed messages when required
  • Distributing post
  • Allocating meeting rooms for internal and client meetings
  • Booking couriers and taxis
  • Filing, scanning and managing post
  • Maintaining and ordering office stationery when required
  • General ad hoc administration

Requirements

  • Previous reception experience is required
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Friendly and approachable manner at all times
