A wonderful boutique financial services company based in lovely offices in the west end are looking for an experienced Office Manager with Book Keeping for an initial 12 month contract. The ideal person will enjoy working in an office of a mix of ages and will enjoy more of family feel as the office is between 20-30ppl. We placed the current incumbent who has been there for a number of years and this obviously speaks volumes for the firm. This person will be required to organise and coordinate office administration and procedures; handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. You will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Main duties will include:
* Managing and working closely alongside a Receptionist and Team Secretary
* Monitoring and managing bank accounts
* Invoicing clients
* Credit control
* Paying purchase invoices
* Assisting out sourced accounts team
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors and managing relationships
* First point of contact for HR queries
* Preparing payroll instructions
* Managing employee benefit schemes and pension policies
* Managing subscriptions and contracts
* Looking after the recruitment process
* Diary management
* Reviewing Insurance policies
* Reviewing lease and maintenance agreements
