The role is to support a very busy HR team at all levels. Duties will include all aspects of HR administration such as reference requests, production of letters, maintain the HR database, manging and delivering all new starter inductions, diary management and any other ad hoc duties.
This is a team who needs a good administrator to help them in their demanding and pressurised working environment. This would suit someone who enjoys a fast pace, buzzy environment. Working well under pressure, being self-motivated, and a being quick leaner would all be huge advantages.
