My client, a leading Interior Design company are looking for a Studio Manager to work in their Studio near Chelsea Harbour, London.

You will be the go to person in the office and take full responsibility for the smooth running atmosphere.

Key deliverables and role purpose:
*Meeting and greeting visitors.
*Opening and distributing mail.
*Answering calls and general enquiries.
*Managing the office calendar.
*Managing and booking of meeting room.
*Booking flights and hotels for Creative Director.
*Booking couriers and taxi services.
*Order lunches, book restaurants.
*Organise and prepare agenda's weekly team meeting.
*Arranging both in-house and external events.
*Order and maintain stationery, kitchen and office supplies.
*Managing the kitchen maintenance.
*Binding the Design projects.
*Filing and archiving.
*Carrying out research as requested.
*Photocopying and printing documents as when requested.
*Responsible for distributing office security access card and office keys.
*Troubleshoot common problems with computers, telephone system, and other office equipment.
*Liaise with external IT company for technical support.
*Preparing invoices, collating monthly expenses.
*Internal recruitment for new employees.
*Researching and booking all personal travel abroad and providing detailed
itineraries for each trip.
*Preparing correspondence (letters and emails) on the Director's behalf - either taken by dictation or typed from handwritten notes.
Marketing and Business Development:
*Monthly walkabout to the local property developments to build relationships.
*Responsibility for team administration tasks
*Sending out brochures to sales & marketing departments of Property Developers.
*Organising Networking events
*Other typing and secretarial duties as may from time to time be required across the company.
*Active on all social media platforms.
*Updating and monitoring the company website.

Skills Profile:
*Good level of Education - Degree desirable but not essential.
*Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
*1 years experience in an administration role.
*Excellent telephone technique.
*Ability to prioritise and set own deadlines.
*An excellent combination of verbal and written communication abilities.
*Consistent in producing a high standard of work.

*Pro-active with excellent levels of self-motivation.
