We have just taken on an unmissable opportunity for a polished, friendly and confident Receptionist, to join one of our private equity clients on front of house. They are a boutique office of 8 people, with beautiful offices based close to Oxford Cicrus and operate within a lovely flat structured and friendly environment.
You will truly be the face of the company as you welcome all clients and guests to the firm, offering them refreshments and ensuring the meeting rooms are immaculately presented at all times and that the office is running smootly. They have a lot of external clients that come to use the office space, so a key part of your role will be to look after them when they are in the office and help them with any administrative needs they might have while they are with you.
The other exciting element of the role is the opportunity to work with their Marketing Director, so this could involve helping to choose function venues, inviting attendees, and other ad hoc tasks that arise such as expenses and any travel that could be needed for events or the team.
Their key candidate requirements are someone who has strong attention to detail, computer literate, a warm and welcoming personality and strong work ethic. They are open to background but corporate experience is highly desirable!
The core hours are 8.30-5.30pm and they are offering up to £32k for the role with benefits such as pension, performance-related bonus and private healthcare.
