My client is looking for a Team Assistant to provide administrative support to team of busy professionals. This will be an on-going temporary role with the potential to be extended.

Duties

  • Extensive diary management for 4 Managers
  • Preparation of papers for meetings/ conferences
  • Making travel arrangements ie: flights, trains, taxi’s etc
  • Managing the team’s electronic folders and ensuring information is up to date and filed correctly
  • Dealing with enquiries as appropriate and taking telephone messages
  • Organising and administering training events on behalf of the team’s KnowHow leader
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for team as required
  • Desk booking using electronic system

Skills

  • Good organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise and manage workload
  • Efficient organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Accurate typing and spelling
  • Ability to look ahead, plan work and act on own initiative; as well as being a team player with a flexible and willing approach
  • Good communication skills, ability to interact with people at all levels (oral & written)
