A lovely position has become available in a leading asset management firm in Mayfair. The position with be varied and require a bright, friendly, polished and switched on receptionist who is happy to take on more responsibility. 

The office is environment is great is positive, friendly and has a low turnover of staff.  The role will be based in the office and the reception duties will be meeting and greeting guests, making refreshments managing meeting rooms etc but there isn’t a front of house reception desk.

You will be an integral part of the business skills sets needed for this position are.

Fluent in spoken and written English language; business-level French, German or another European language useful as well as excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent administrative skills, including all Microsoft Office packages; strong PowerPoint skills an advantage
‘Can do’ attitude, flexible and adaptable approach to work, accuracy and attention to detail
Able to plan and organise effectively, prioritise and work to deadlines and persistent in ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
