Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team for maternity cover. The purpose of the role will be to manage the team responsible for producing the monthly P&L and rolling reforecasts for PQ, LM, PD, FS and AAT.

This role requires a management accountant who can work well with both established and new businesses.

You will be responsible for

• day to day and logner term staff management concerns for 3 direct reports
• produce monthly actuals and variance analysis for all profit centres
• ensuring control and correct accounting treatment for stock
• analysis and recommendations on cost savings
• budgeting and forecasting for above mentioned business areas
• reviewing the monthly sales flash to Apollo
• managing the upload process of revenue out of X3 and Access
• produce and review monthly group revenue reports
• ensuring all relevant SOX controls are adhered to
• balance sheet reconciliations for PE and LM
• lead role in preparing and reviewing monthly Apollo submission
• sent out monthly reports and meet with relevant managed for sign off of their management accounts
• produce monthly commentary for review by Head of Commercial Finance

• Qualified accountant
• Experience managing multiple reports and small/medium sized team
• Advanced MS package and IT skills (Excel pivot level and advanced functions, TM1 and Dynamics AX desirable)
• Positive attitude and aptitude for change
• Record of displaying initiative and innovative ideas
• Experience of LM revenue reporting desirable
