Executive Assistant, global Consultancy This unique role would suit a bright and versatile PA/EA who enjoys a fast paced, client facing environment. Working alongside and covering for the other EA’s in the small team this role is a hybrid of a float and a permanent role. The role purpose is to facilitate the smooth running of search assignments which includes extensive diary management, client and candidate relationship management; and creation of high quality documents. They require an EA to fully assist in each search process and understand the specific requirements of each client. • Extensive and complex diary management and logistics – liaise with clients and candidates throughout the process • Utilising the database to update all information on an ongoing basis • Produce reports and high standard presentations for client pitches • Produce accurate documentation, take meeting notes and action points • Build up great relationships both internally and externally to maximise the scope of the position • Work closely with the other EAs, covering for their leave and therefore getting to know the Partner’s individual working styles Person Spec • Flexible, hardworking and extremely organised • Needs enthusiasm and a passion for customer service • Not afraid of a structured process and thrives in a process driven and fast paced environment • A flexible attitude, common sense and good business acumen • Task driven, robust and calm . • A level qualification as minimum or equivalent • Excellent customer service impact, strong relationship builder • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) • Strong previous experience working in PA or EA capacity- experience supporting 2 or more people • Proven capacity to operate under pressure when dealing with senior clients • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise – able to be 2 steps ahead of Consultant • Packages: Advanced level Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; • Skills: minimum 55wpm typing and audio typing. • Experience working within corporate environment would be advantageous • Understanding of Search business desirable but not essential
