Marketing Team PA (temp-perm)

Marketing Team PA Supporting a dynamic team within a central London professional services organisation. This is a temp - perm role. Start date beginning end of September/beginning of October. Day to day duties will include •Provision of diary management for the Directors – all meetings both on and off-site, any catering and tech equipment, collate info and take action notes where applicable •UK and international travel co-ordination •Create presentations to a high standard, create spreadsheets for basic reporting, collate information as required •Support to the team with any marketing activities such as small events, arrange for external speakers, organise off-site exhibitions and all the logistics of same •Maintaining contacts database •Extensive query handling both internal and external Key Requirements: •Good standard of education and first class written and spoken English •Relevant PA and Team Secretarial experience within a professional services organisation •Intermed to advanced MS Office (word, excel and powerpoint) •Exceptional communication skills •Calm, organised and must enjoy supporting a large and demanding team
