An Investment Management Company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Meeting Room Coordinator. This is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave. The purpose of the Meeting Room Coordinator is to provide a high quality Front of House service to the London office, acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times. There are 26 meeting rooms and about 5 internal events per month, some of which this person will be in attendance to meet and greet etc. Hours rotate weekly: 7.30 – 3.30 and 10 – 6pm Must be articulate, well-presented and have good corporate experience within a similar role The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: • To carry out daily inspections of all meeting rooms and client areas • Assist the FOH team with meet and greet • Maintain records of daily checks noting areas for action • Working closely with the FOH team, catering, IT and facilities • Act as event supervisor and support for in-house events being available to attend during working hours and for evening events as required. Candidates must have previous experience of working on a busy client facing role along with excellent attention to detail. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate: • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent attention to detail • A flexible “can do” attitude • An enjoyment in working as part of a team • Looking at ways to improve the service It is essential that candidates are able to work on a rotational shift between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and later for events when required
