Secretary – Hotel Management - Head Office.

As part of the UK Hotel Management Team you will be supporting the Head of Hospitality at this international property development group based in central London. Actually, that makes them sound like a corporate monster (nothing against monsters) but this is a small friendly outfit with a positive view of developing staff.

Your main responsibilities will be to prioritise and schedule meetings, manage Directors’ calendars, prepare all travel itineraries, book travel, hotels and restaurants; prepare presentations, templates and all office administration, manage initial enquiries, attend meetings, take minutes and follow up action points. Quite busy then.

Previous secretarial and/or administration experience in a hotel, hospitality or property development would be of definite interest.
