My client is an award-winning financial services firm that provides a range of services within the corporate debt arena. They have a brand new opportunity for a Team Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management and the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years admin or secretarial experience preferably within a Financial Services-related company. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will be looking after senior management and also supporting the Executive Assistant. As well as traditional Secretarial duties there is an element of PA work, including Diary Management and travel bookings. You will be involved with meetings where you will be required to take minutes (salient points) as well as co-ordinating external events. Ad hoc support includes database management, archiving and generally lending a hand and mucking in where ever required.
This is a full time role - Monday to Friday (37.5 /week) and would suit a client-facing and well spoken individual who is looking for a long term career in a stable and forward thinking company.
