Our client, a successful property developer, based in SW London is looking for a Front of House Office Manager to support an office of 15 people. Preferably degree educated, with some previous relevant experience, within the property industry, your duties will include:

  • Answering and screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Preparing the board room for meetings
  • Greeting clients and preparing refreshments
  • Preparing letters and reports
  • Organising and maintaining diaries
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
  • Filing
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Arranging taxis and couriers
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Providing support to the MD and EA to MD

You will have a good knowledge of MS Office, be well spoken and well presented. Hours are 9 - 6.30 and my client requires that you live in the SW London area and have a stable CV.
