PA/Office Assistant – High End Interior Design
An opportunity has arisen for a hands-on, flexible and willing Office Administrator (with 1 years’ experience) looking for the next step in their career with a creative environment. Working within this high end interior designer’s office based near Chelsea you become the PA/Office Assistant to the Founder a team. Daily you will have the opportunity to support with making personal and business travel arrangements, running errands such as purchasing gifts, manage expenses for the team, purchase all office supplies, diary management, support with events both internally and externally, being the first point of contact for the team, organizing meetings and all other tasks as required of you to ensure the smooth running of the office. You will join a friendly and hardworking team who clearly enjoy what they do, they will want to progress you with the role and ensure that no two days are ever the same for you. They really look after their staff and this shows with their weekly 3pm Friday finishes!
