The role of the Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO's office, involves managing the CEO's office which is located in the most premium property of Mumbai's financial district. The company shares the premises with other global firms like LinkedIn, Apple, and Google.
The key responsibilities include managing the office, arranging meetings, ensuring highest standards of hospitality for our visitors, including occasional working meals, order and manage office supplies, managing Pantry Staff, arranging Video-Conferences, managing the look & feel of the office with creative ideas like art and photography, and also play some role in internal communications and office bonding, like arranging internal events.
The suitable candidate must have a love for exploring new cultures, must have impeccable communication skills, must be extremely presentable, have 5-7 years of experience in managing an office, and working with senior management. Some professional writing, or HR, or the creative sectors will be a plus. The candidate should have a college degree or diploma from a UK or European University. This contract job is located in Mumbai and working in an extremely professional and forward looking environment. The candidate will be working closely with the CEO's office. Its a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore a new country. The target pay for this position is 25k-33k GBP per year. The company will help the candidate find a suitable accommodation during his/her stay in Mumbai and will assist in all other arrangements for him/her to settle in. The role will include standard 3-4 weeks of holiday in a year and the standard work week if Monday to Friday. In case found suitable the candidate's role can be expanded to include other aspects of HR, or even Marketing and Communications. The pay will be modified accordingly.
