Team Executive Assistant – Retail - Investments

One of the largest, private, family owned companies in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Executive Assistant to join their well-known high street retail brand London office.

A unique opportunity for an Assistant who enjoys team support to the highest levels to look after a friendly and thankful team including the Group Investment Director (board level) and Private Equity Team (5). An independent role where you will be organizing and managing international travel arrangements, diary support, expenses, meeting organisation, managing business correspondence including PowerPoint presentations and reports plus project support and event planning.

To be successful in this role you will be able to easily commute to Hanger Lane (car owner or nearby commute would be advised), have PA experience to Senior Management/Director level and top IT skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will be a real team player, be approachable, able to work independently and be professional. Experience within a well-known brand would be advantageous, though all backgrounds will be considered.
