My client a fast past and diverse property company is looking for administrative assistant to join their expanding team. They work in a vibrant, high energy and creative environment where the team work closely together, which reflects the entrepreneurial nature of the company.

The Candidate:

We are looking for an Admin assistant who has some experience within an administrative role and preferably the following characteristics;

  • an articulate and confident telephone manner
  • previously dealt with juggling lots of tasks
  • strong presentation skills;
  • excellent organisational skills
  • ability to prioritise workload
  • the ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • ability to work well within a team
  • the ability to problem solve

It is important to emphasise that, as an entrepreneurial organisation, we are not necessarily looking for the finished article but rather someone with an outstanding work ethic, a willingness to learn and a lot of potential. We will consider those candidates with slightly less experience if they can show that they have the right attitude. Ongoing training will be provided and all of our staff are encouraged to constantly improve and keep learning – everybody gets the chance to contribute and we don’t employ ‘cogs in wheels’.
