Duties include:

  • Managing telephones
  • Managing travel arrangements for staff members
  • Maintaining and building rapports with clients and contacts
  • Dealing with recruitment processes such as liaising with agencies and arranging interviews
  • General administrative duties
  • Managing meeting rooms
