Graduate Receptionist

Based in the heart of Chelsea, my client, a boutique finance company is looking for an outgoing, friendly and beautifully presented junior Graduate Receptionist to join their team.

The company is small but super successful and they are a young and friendly bunch of high flyers so the right candidate for this Receptionist position will be someone who is happy to muck in and really embrace this lynch pin reception role. There is heaps of progression potential (the current receptionist is now moving into a PA role!) and opportunity to gain experience and develop so if you are looking for a first step into a finance PA role this could be the perfect role for you!

The ideal candidate will be a recent Graduate (or have a PA/EA diploma) with a great academic record, with impeccable communication skills (english fluency is essential) and some office / receptionist experience. You must be immaculately presented at all times and really take pride in the position of being the face of the company when meeting and greeting UHNWs / VIP investors. You will also be working alongside one other receptionist who is utterly charming so there will never be a dull day!
