A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful investment company based in beautiful offices in Central London. My client are looking for someone to take control of their 30 people strong office working on reception, covering all office manager duties and also some ad hoc PA work to the Senior Directors. This is a wonderful role for someone who likes to be the ultimate ‘go to’ person in an office, an all encompassing support role which includes: • Reception – meeting and greeting • Switchboard management • Keeping meeting rooms / reception tidy • Organising company events • Maintaining office supplies • PA duties: travel / expenses / meeting coordination / printing / formatting documents We are looking for someone with at least three years experience in a similar role, you must be highly organised, very well presented and most importantly happy to muck in with anything and everything.
