Communications Co-Ordinator Temp
Salesforce administrator duties:
*Set up, train and provide on-going support to users.
*Develop dashboards and reporting.
*User maintenance including de-dupe and clean up.
*Communicate any new releases to the system.
*Report on the maintenance of customer contact information and undertake contact collection and data cleansing exercises as required.
*Support the Salesforce relationship manager.
*Manage customer contact data (provide reporting and undertake contact collection exercises as appropriate).
Team administrator duties:
*Be responsible for the maintenance and administration of relevant content including:
*News and events items
*Production of portfolio-wide quarterly e-newsletters
*Production of building specific quarterly e-newsletters as appropriate
To co-ordinate all portfolio-wide customer communication campaigns:
*Be responsible for managing customer contact data, looking at collection statistics and undertaking contact collection exercises as required.
*Mail outs will include topics such as ratings, insurance, health & safety inspections, service partner matters, etc.
*E-mail campaign management relevant digital marketing platform.
*Advanced user of Word required as well as experience using digital platforms.
Supporting Community Managers in the coordination of activities (20% of role)
*B2B events (such as Dining Club)
*Well being programme
*Managing event campaigns (digital)
Supporting Head of Customer Experience (20% of role)
*Analysing customer portfolio data.
*Support with the production of quarterly reports and building heat maps.
*Support Head of Customer Experience with general administration & diary management.
