This is a fantastic opportunity for a calm, collected and experienced project coordinator with fantastic PowerPoint to provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of hard-working Brand and Marketing Consultants working with an impressive client list. Based in a high-end part of London’s West End, the role will also entail some office management duties.
You must have previous experience of preparing and formatting client presentation documents to a high standard (attention to small detail & quick turnaround time is imperative), updating detailed status reports (client, new business, etc.), internal scheduling for the team as well as for senior clients, managing financial paperwork (raising estimates/monitoring costs etc.).
You will be an ambassador for the company, an excellent communicator, both verbal and written and be a native English speaker. You will have proven secretarial experience within a client based organisation or agency and be able to demonstrate leadership skills within a team. You will have advanced computer knowledge (Power Point, Word, Excel, ACT database) and fantastic organisational, interpersonal and time management skills.
You will be proactive, confident and calm - always ten steps ahead! You will be curious, sociable, positive, energetic and practical and possess a genuine interest in and dedication of working within a team secretarial role.
A sense of humour is a necessity and an interest in the arts and consumer/citizen trends is desirable.
