Our client is a highly successful travel company with worldwide success. We are currently on the search for a French speaking PA with a passion for what they do and well equipped to working in the fast paced and dynamic travel sector.

We are looking for a strong French and English speaking candidate with previous experience within a PA support role to a senior level executive. The role involves responsibility for direct 1:1 support to a senior level executive, where duties include managing diaries, arranging travel, organising meetings and all other administrative duties to involved in ensuring smooth workflow and the relevant day to day PA duties with wide array of additional administrative tasks.

The French speaking PA role is diverse, dealing with confidential content, screening calls and emails, meeting and greeting clients, document generation and translation, mailing, publishing and keeping data up-to-date. The role is well suited to a motivated and extremely well organised PA/Administrator who has the confidence to deal with high level executives and external partners in a fast paced dynamic sector. The role requires candidates who have a can-do approach to all tasks, being extremely flexible and able to resolve issues and improve processes independently and effectively. The company environment is very welcoming, friendly and highly customer focused hence the need for an engaging personality and positive attitude towards your work.


  • Fluency in French and English, written and spoken to a native level
  • Previous experience within a PA support role to a high level executive within the international environment, experience in the travel sector a distinct advantage
  • Solid secretarial skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely well organised and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with high level executives and clients
  • Independent, self-motivated and extremely flexible
  • Positive, organised with a high attention to detail

This is a 12 months fixed contract.
