My client, based in Piccadilly, are looking for a Bakery Front of House Manager. This person will be setting the standard for the seamless front of house operation of the bakery, creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring the provision of the very best customer service at all times.

Attitude:
 Quietly industrious with discrete professional approach to service
 A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse with all levels both internally and externally
 A total self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude.
 Good timekeeping skills essential
 Must be energetic, self-motivated and self-organised. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done
 Strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy within a rapidly changing environment
 Ability to identify problems and implement appropriate solutions proactively
 Be able to work on several tasks at a time

Key Responsibilities:
Front of House Management
 Setting the tone by creating a welcoming and warm environment and ambience
 Delivering excellent customer service and experience
 Developing of current business and to advise on possible business opportunities such as take-away
 Setting and reinforcing standard throughout the front of house team, creating structure
 Implementing KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
 Prepping for service and co-ordinating the team to assist
 Managing occasional events

Administration
 Ordering and managing stock levels of front of house supplies and all beverages from various suppliers
 Rota creation for the front of house team to ensure sufficient cover is available each day
 Organising the uniform for the front of house team
 Daily cashing up

Training and Development
 Induction of all front of house staff
 Managing and developing team
Reporting
 Daily update to the Bakery Manager and Assistant Bakery Manager on all customer feedback
 Sending a daily report to Store Managers and Bakery owners with the Assistant Bakery Manager
