Friendly and Professional Receptionist for an impressive company

This is a wonderful reception role working alongside one other for a professional and supportive firm based in the City.  This is a fantastic company to work for and a lovely role. This company offer their staff a lovely working environment and excellent benefits. With offices across the UK, they are looking for a second receptionist to join their London team as the face of the company.  

They are looking for someone with a warm and engaging manner who can make all guests feel welcome when they call or visit the offices. You will enjoy working alongside the other receptionist who is down to earth and friendly. She knows the business well and can show you the ropes. As the first point of contact for all guests and callers you will show high levels of professionalism and well-mannered demeanour. There is a steady flow of work here with several meeting rooms to manage, internal and external visitors to the office, arranging couriers and post. 

The ideal candidate is looking for a stable role with an exceptional employer.  You will be a reliable team player who enjoys liaising with contacts at all levels. Your exceptional communication skills and phone manner will set you apart from the rest. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly desirable.
