This rapidly growing, ambitious law firm is seeking a personable yet professional Receptionist with previous Front of House experience to join the dynamic Reception team in their Birmingham office.
This role is offered on a 37 hour/week basis, working on a shift basis covering 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
As Receptionist, you will offer a truly exceptional client experience, meeting and greeting a wide range of visitors and clients, as well as booking and preparing meeting rooms, acting as first point of contact for calls, and managing catering and office supplies.
You will also take responsibility for a range of administrative duties, as well as organising couriers and liaising with internal and external contacts on a daily basis.
To secure this fantastic opportunity, you will require previous Reception experienced gained within a legal or professional services environment, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and be proactive, and a flexible and adaptable approach to your workload.
