Our client, a very successful financial services company is looking for a German-speaking Team Assistant to join their team. The Team Secretary will be providing secretarial and administrative support to the team, but also cover reception and take on office manager responsibilities. Great role to gain more experience in an administrative role and to progress to a Personal Assistant further down the line.
This company deals with many German clients, so a business level of German is required.
Profile
- German language to native or business fluent level
- Great administrative skills are required, experience in holding presentations, taking minutes, arranging travel arrangements are preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, but training will be provided
- Excellent opportunity to kick-start your administrative career!
