PA to CEO

A Permanent EA job in central London in the Fashion/Retail industry supporting the CEO, paying up-to £50,000.

A well-established, trend setting fashion brand is looking for an Executive Assistant with experience supporting at board level to assist their CEO based in their Central London head offices.

You will be expected to provide executive level support to the highest quality, while being responsible for managing an extremely busy comprehensive diary, arranging and co-ordinating worldwide travel arrangements with VISA's, hotels and itineraries for the other side. Advanced level in Microsoft Office packages would be beneficial as you will be given exposure to exciting confidential projects, however it is not essential.

The perfect candidate will have the following skills and experiences; they will be extremely organised with the ability to be pro-active and efficient in their approach, be analytical and have a keen eye for detail, be a confident decision maker while being courteous and professional using tactful methods dealing with all levels of staff. Support at board level is essential for this role as you will be expected to "hit the ground" running.

They are offering a salary between £45K and £50k depending on background and experience. They are also offering a competitive package and the opportunity to work alongside a support a very successful individual.
