Our client, an established investment manager with a global client base, is seeking a degree educated Project/Personal Assistant to support their COO on a permanent basis.
In this wide ranging role, the Project/Personal Assistant will provide proactive support to the COO, coordinating his diary and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
For the wider management team, you will organise international travel and corporate events (including away days), as well as preparing for Business Forums, staff presentations and Board Meetings.
This role will also incorporate a significant project element, assisting the COO, Management Team and Client Services division with ad hoc projects on a regular basis.
To secure this role, you will need to possess solid experience providing both project and PA support within the investment or asset management industry.
Our client is also seeking a degree in a relevant subject, with professional qualifications also preferred.
