One of the UK's leading law firms, offering a broad range of specialist legal services, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support the busy Energy & Projects team in their Birmingham office.

The Legal Secretary will offer comprehensive secretarial and administrative client-facing support, to include producing correspondence and documentation by digital dictation, as well as acting as first point of contact for the department both in person and by phone.

Furthermore, as Legal Secretary you will use the in-house case management system to process and progress files, producing bills and other financial administration, as well as managing diaries for fee earners and making travel arrangements, and supporting with ad hoc administration such as scanning and filing.

To secure this fantastic opportunity, you will need to possess previous Legal Secretarial experience, as well the ability to use Searchflow, and strong PC skills to include Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint. Successful candidates will also need a minimum Grade C pass in GCSE English Language and Maths.

As Legal Secretary you will be able to work equally well on your own or as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to produce a high standard of work to deadline by prioritising effectively.
