PA to Chairman
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA from the Marketing Communications industry to join this dynamic and forward thinking Organisation to provide a fantastic PA support to the Chairman and Founder.
You will need to have outstanding organisational skills to keep one step ahead of this dynamic and charismatic Chairman. The role is fairly traditional in that there is lots of diary, travel (extensive and international) and screening of his 4 in-boxes. You will need to pull together his papers and ensure he is fully prepared for all his meetings, doing research about the people and organisations he is meeting. Organise the board meetings and board packs. The companies a PLC.
He sits as Chairman of another company and you will get involved with this alongside some personal work.
The executive office is relatively small and you will also look after the smooth running and line manage another PA to ensure that all the Directors receive a high level of support. It is also expected that there will be an office move next year.
