Reservation Agent/Customer Service - German
A dynamic tourism and leisure company is currently looking for a German speaking reservation agent. The reservation consultant would join a team in an open, fun and lively environment in their Luton office. In this role you will be providing outstanding customer service to corporate clients in Germany. Daily tasks will include: supporting existing clients by answering their queries, changing bookings on request and taking on new bookings. The German speaking reservation agent will stay up to date with the latest trends in travel and tourism.
The successful candidate should have experience working as a reservation agent or in a customer service environment, but the company is also open to graduate profiles. This is an excellent chance to join a growing and successful company with excellent opportunities.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Experience working as a reservation agent or in a customer service environment
- Computer literate, experienced using Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
- Attention to detail, Proactive and communicative
- Highly motivated and able to be part of a team
