An Ultra High Net Worth Couple living in the West End are seeking an efficient Part Time House Manager to work within their home.

Duties within this role involve:

* Coordinating personal events and dinner parties within the home
* Working closely with other household staff/Private PAs to ensure smooth running of the household
* Booking private holidays and trips abroad to international homes
* Maintaining a budget for all household expenses
* Being the contact person for service providers
* Travel to and manage the Principals' international properties
* Staying with the Principals' children as required
* Managing the household staff - creating or following an existing cleaning schedule
* Providing security for the residence and dealing with contractors
* Flower arrangement, party planning, and general overall attention to household details
* Helping the employer pack for travel, running errands as necessary

To be considered for this role, you must have the following criteria:

* Strong experience as /House Manager
* Good Microsoft Office Skills
* Very well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
