We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to join a Private Family office in the heart of the West End. You will be joining a small, collaborative and friendly team in their lovely offices which have roof top terraces with a great view of London.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel welcomed
- Organising and maintaining meeting rooms
- Diary management
- Organising incoming and outgoing post
- Admin tasks such as: scanning, filing, data entry, ordering office supplies, arranging couriers
As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact so you must have an excellent telephone manner, be extremely well presented, enthusiastic, organised, personable and proactive. A detailed knowledge of MS Office programs is essential.
