PA to CEO
This PA role is working for a demanding CEO of a small but well established museum in North London. They have incredibly interesting exhibitions and are a progressive environment where they really invest in the individual and offer progression potential. Having said this, they would like to see someone in this role now who genuinely wants to be a PA rather than seeing this role as a stepping stone. The CEO has a demanding schedule and the PA role will consist of managing her correspondence, mail, phones, admin and diary management as well as project management - this can be any sort of project, so the role will be very varied, involved and interesting. There is also scope to get involved with the many events at the museum.
They are looking a bright PA who is friendly, who has initiative who doesn't need a lot of direction, although the team is genuinely very nice and will give you training. Obviously as there is a lot of relationship building and working on behalf of the CEO you will need to work with discretion, enthusiasm and be happy to step in, take charge and work at pace.
