Description

This is a 9 month maternity cover for a City of London based Financial Services Firm for an IT Team Assistant for a with a 'can do' attitude. This a varied role where you will be responsible for providing PA support with diary management, setting up meetings and arranging travel as well as supporting the wider team. The role also involves monitoring all the starter, leavers and contractors and their renewal dates along with getting them set up, being the go to person for any IT support from blackberry problems, ordering RSA tokens, conference numbers and Webex licensing to laptop review. The role also has a facilities aspect and requires someone to be constantly monitoring and aware of any requirements.

Profile

The ideal candidate for this 9 month maternity cover for an IT Team Assistant for a City of London based Financial Services Firm will be immediately available or on a weeks' notice or less. You will have good all-round support skills to provide secretarial, IT, admin and facilities support. You will excel at being the go to person, able to liaise at all levels, multi task and priorities your time, able to work on your own initiative with proven time management skills. You will need to be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate high standards of personal integrity and diplomacy and be an unflappable member of the team.
