PA/Paralegal with fluent Arabic
A vacancy has arisen within a prestigious law firm for a polished and highly organised PA/Paralegal with fluent Arabic to provide secretarial and paralegal support to two fee-earners and the team.
The role involves classic PA duties including multiple diary management, scheduling meetings, arranging complex travel itineraries, preparing presentations, taking minutes, copy tying letters and memos, answering calls and taking and relaying messages.
Part of the job will include paralegal duties such as: preparation of bundles, drafting legal documents and conducting due diligence
The successful Arabic speaking PA/Paralegal must be able to speak and write fluent Arabic and English and demonstrate seamless multitasking and organisational skills.
You will need to be resilient, independent, methodical and able to cope with a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Another key aspect of your role as a PA/Paralegal will involve direct client contact therefore a high level of professionalism and first class communications skills in English and Arabic are required for this position.
- Written and spoken English and Arabic
- Excellent academics with ideally completed LPC
- PA / Paralegal background
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional, trustworthy, discreet and excellent communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 60wpm
- You will need to be resilient, very organised, methodical and able to cope with a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure and be able to work independently
