A very successful private property group (global) located in South West London are actively seeking a polished and skilled Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.

Degree standard is a must with demonstrable experience supporting in a front of house capacity. Experience within property, construction or architecture would be advantageous though all backgrounds will be considered. In this busy and varied role you will turn your hand to any task, to support this friendly and dedicated team.  

A great opportunity for a 2nd jobber looking to take on more responsibility. You will support with meeting and greeting clients, meeting organisation including room and equipment set up and refreshments, be responsible for all office facilities including stationery orders and IT issues, organise couriers and postal duties daily. In addition you will receive overflow work from the EA to the Chairman of the company to support with research, travel bookings, reports, running errands and all other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

To be selected for this role you will be confident, resilient and ready for a new challenge! The hours in this role are 9am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday only.

You must be within a commutable distance to South West London (45 minutes or under to be considered as on the rare occasion you may be required to attend the office out of hours if the alarm should activate).
