The Company
Our client, A global financial services company that has multi-facets; Brokerage, Software,  online education and global seminars and events are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who ideally has exposure to events or subscriptions arena, to join their fast-paced, energetic and proactive team. I am looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can drive traffic to their landing page, has SEO experience and is design savy to join a highly progressive company.

The Role
Drive the acquisition marketing strategy to drive new leads and increase brand awareness via paid for marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC, Affiliates, Display and Remarketing
 Manages the relationship with SEO, digital media and SEM agencies
 Landing page strategy, implementation and optimisation
 SEO: strategy, execution and analysis
 Content management of website
 Keyword analysis for SEM/SEO
 Report on web analytics across the business and make and embed recommendations to improve
 Play an integral part in the website re-launch plan
 Share knowledge and experience of digital marketing techniques, sharing industry best practice and promoting the role of digital marketing as part of an integrated campaign
 Maximising conversion through the use of A/B and multivariate testing
 Monitors, maintains and sets targets for continuing improvements to SEO, SEM and all digital paid media

The Person

Experience in an digital centric marketing function delivering strategic digital marketing campaigns
 Knowledge of testing methodologies
 Experience in landing page strategy
 Deep understanding of web analytics (GA preferred)
 Experience managing budgets and supplier negotiation
 Excellent briefing and agency/supplier management skills
 Highly results and metrics-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement against KPIs

 Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form)
 High level of numeracy
 Proven ability to work within tight deadlines
 Meticulous attention to detail
 Ability to work under pressure
