As the Administrative Assistant within the Science and Research company you will support three Directors, working alongside the MD's PA

Description

As the Administrative Assistant within the Hoddesdon office you will undertake a number of duties including the following:

  • Providing credible, efficient and effective office support, primarily to the VP Strategy & Marketing and General Manager with other Directors
  • Organising and maintaining diaries including arranging travel, visits, conference calls, sourcing and booking internal/external meetings
  • Taking dictations and minutes at meetings and ensure information is captured and presented accurately
  • Act as a point person for divisional communications; both internal and external
  • Handling all matters and projects involving Directors with complete confidentiality
  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, conference attendance and producing itineraries

Profile

As the Administrative Assistant for the Science and Research Company based in Hoddesdon, you will be/have:

  • An Administrative background
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with a team and motivate those around you
  • Great Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
