PA, City. £38-42k. Fluent in written & spoken Spanish.

This well-esteemed financial services company, based in the City is looking for a hardworking PA, fluent in written and spoken Spanish. This valued opportunity will give an experienced PA the chance to provide 1:1 support for a senior member of this reputable company. You will essentially act as the true right-hand assistant, taking on much responsibility. Coordinating extensive diary and travel commitments, liaising with a high client profile, as well as senior members of their internal team, and communicating with a large network of contacts will be key in proving your experience and capabilities. The role will also allow this sparkling PA to advance their business acumen, build their confidence and allow their talents to be shown off.

As well as having the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, supporting this senior individual will require a high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Naturally, like any well-built organisation, you will be free to be yourself. Offering your friendly, down to earth personality will make you an asset to the brand. Acting as the ambassador for the person you are supporting, it will be crucial for your professionalism and your positive, approachable nature to shine through.

Skills/Experience Required;

• Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish (written and spoke).
• Recent, demonstrable experience gained with a PA role.

• Confidence.
