Tiger Recruitment are working on behalf of a super impressive, extremely high end Finance firm, based in the West End, who are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced and credible Office Manager to join their team and oversee the running of their stunning office space, as well as lead a team of EA’S and support staff.

With a natural flair for delivering the highest standards at all times, this role is hugely service driven, working across the business with all Senior stakeholders, to ensure the Office maintains and meets exceptional standards on a daily basis.

A huge emphasis of this role will be to lead the EA and support team, to encourage, mentor and be on hand day to day, with the ability to build strong relationships and ensure the business is supported with a first class service at all times.

Alongside day to day management and additional project work, you will manage all internal corporate events, both small in house to larger off sites, to encourage team building and morale across the business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing and leading a team of EAs and support staff (at upwards of 5-6 individuals) as well as supporting the running’s of a small-medium size office. The candidate will have a naturally positive outlook, be hugely service driven and solutions orientated.
