A fabulous opportunity exists for a Training & Development expert with experience of leading world – class training programmes to join a pioneer of the International Corporate Communications Industry with a global reputation for excellence alongside an intellectually stimulating yet non-hierarchical culture and a positive focus on employee development. This meaty and challenging role is responsible for designing and delivering suitable training for the Europe region. Specifically you will work with key stakeholders to constantly assess training needs and determine priorities, be an ambassador for training & development in the firm, deliver outstanding events and programmes which inspire and upskill and discover new and innovative ways to champion training events internally.
You are an accomplished Training and Development expert with ideally exposure to prestigious Corporate Organisations, notably Financial PR and Corporate Communications. You are a strategic thinker, commercially savvy, up to date on latest training trends and ideas and networked with outstanding training providers. You are supremely well presented, articulate, and ambassadorial in approach with a high level of emotional intelligence alongside the ability to deliver to a consistently high standard regardless of pressure. You'll be experienced running small and large scale events and be comfortable working in a large international organisation and a partnership environment with experience of professional of financial services preferable.
